Conference Site & Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the Westin Galleria Houston located at 5060 W. Alabama Street, Houston, TX 77056. You can obtain directions by calling 866-716-8137 or visit their website at http://www.starwoodhotels.com/westin/search/hotel_detail.html?propertyID=1053&ES=DEST4TX_PP_WI_1053_TX. The Westin Galleria, in Houston, will serve as the primary host hotel for our conference. We have negotiated a room rate of $159.00/night plus tax. Cutoff date to accept reservations at negotiated rate is September 7, 2010.

Special Sponsorship Focus:
Every year attendees request to have coffee served throughout the conference. If you would like to sponsor the coffee/refreshment breaks at conference and get acknowledged in the site program as well, please contact Virginia Cantu at vcantu@naswtx.org for more information. You can also download an Exhibitor Prospectus and fill out the sponsorship section before September 10th to be included in the site program or sign up online by clicking here. There are several different sponsorship opportunities to choose from...this will also serve as advertising and getting the word out about your organization.
