How can I reserve exhibit space?
Requests for space are accepted and processed as they are received. To reserve space, simply submit the online application with payment by clicking on one of the below categories and selecting a package that best fits your needs. Purchase orders will also be accepted. If unable to make payment online at the time of contract submission, any outstanding balances for exhibit space or sponsorships (via invoice) must be paid by or before the conference date unless prior arrangements have been made. We will be assigning you a prime booth space to ensure traffic to your booth and a confirmation letter will be sent out in July. Call NASW/Texas at

What is included in your Booth Rental Package?
NASW/Texas will be working, along with Freeman Decorating, to provide:
- Booth space with backdrape and siderail drape
- Booth identification sign
- Official name badges for admittance to exhibit areas
- 1-2 Complimentary conference registrations per 8’ x 8’ booth
- Listing in the NASW/TX Conference Site Program
- An onsite Conference Site Program of events outlining
the layout of the conference and receptions
- Great Networking Opportunities and much more!
Freeman can provide all amenities you will need to fully furnish your exhibit space such as furniture and electricity. Each individual exhibit space is 8’ deep x 8’ wide, outlined with an 8’ high back drape, 36" side dividers in flameproof drapery material, and aluminum framing. If an exhibitor requests a corner exhibit space, the side divider at the end of the row may be removed. NASW/Texas will provide the rest. Please note that NASW/TX will assign booth spaces. Each 8' x 8' booth will be set with 8' high teal and black back drape, 3' high teal side drape, 1 - 6' x 30" black skirted table, 2 Limerick side chairs, 1 corrugated wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign. By order of the Fire Marshal, NOTHING MAY BE ATTACHED TO THIS DRAPE. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED (Per Freeman Decorating).
An Exhibitor Service Kit will be emailed to participating companies beginning in June and will also be available online. The kit contains forms, prices, and deadlines for ordering a variety of other services such as drayage, electricity, water and drainage, plumbing, telephones, and floral/plant services.
