If you are a NASW/TX member and would like to nominate someone you know for a Social Work Month Award, contact your branch chair to do so.  Check with your branch chair for deadlines to nominate at the branch level.  Click here for a list of branch chairs and to determine what branch you are in.

Attention Branch Chairs

State nominations may only be submitted by a Branch Chair or NLIC Representative.

Online submissions are recommended.  If you have any problems with the online form, please contact the Chapter Office.
