Registration Cancellation Policy

Refunds for registration, less a $35.00 administrative fee, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received, in writing, and postmarked no later than September 25, 2009. We regret we CANNOT refund registrations after that date.

There will also be a $35.00 Processing Fee for all returned checks.

Registration Transfer Policy

To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, mail or fax a written request on agency letterhead to 810 W. 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78701 or 512-474-1317 (fax).
