Implementation of evidence-based practices suggests that social work practitioners conduct careful assessments. This workshop is designed to give social workers a standardized assessment tool (the NEO-PI-3) to assist with assessment, treatment planning, and intervention efforts; and will provide participants with the skills to utilize quantitative assessment data from the NEO-PI-3 in their practice.
