2017 Call for Proposals Open!


NASW/Texas is currently accepting proposals for the 41st Annual State Conference in Galveston next October 5-7. This year's conference theme is "Social Workers Stand Up." (Learn more about the theme rationale.) Members are encouraged to submit abstracts and to invite dynamic presenters they've encountered, as well. Proposal deadline is February 1, 2017. REAL Committee Formed


NASW/Texas is proud to announce the formation of the Race, Equity, Accountability, and Leadership (REAL) Committee. The mission of the committee is to educate social workers to identify and change racist practices within relevant institutions.
