CentroMed is seeking a Bilingual/Bicultural LCSW who is primarily responsible for providing therapeutic counseling services and other support services to individuals, families and/or groups who are experiencing problems with living such as emotional, marital, school, employment or abuse.  Partial responsibilities: identify individuals and families in need of evaluation, treatment or referral services; provide therapeutic services for individuals, families, or groups as necessary; demonstrate competence with clients age 3 or 4 and older; provide necessary support insuring efficient and ethical in-house delivery of services, such as appropriate information and referral services, required follow-up services.

Prism Health North Texas is seeking a case manager II to work with high acuity clients.  The case manager will conduct needs, acuity and resource assessments, and develop long term care plans with clients experiencing significant barriers to care, HIV-related health issues and psychosocial instability due to poverty, substance abuse, mental illness, stigma, histories of incarceration and/or gender, ethnic or sexual orientation disparities to meet client needs and dissolve barriers to care. A master’s degree in social work or psychology is required with a demonstrated sensitivity to persons with HIV/AIDS and a working knowledge of medical/psychosocial resources, and the medical and psychosocial complexities of HIV/AIDS. Two years’ experience in case management with HIV/AIDS clients is preferred.  Texas licensure (LMSW or LPC) is preferred.  Individual must have the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written formats, and collaborate with community service providers, establish effective working relationships with clients. Must have dependable transportation and current Texas Driver's License and active auto liability insurance. Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred. Behavioral Health Counselor II

For over 30 years, Prism Health North Texas (PHNTX) has provided support and treatment for people living with HIV in North Texas. We are seeking to hire an energized and enthusiastic Behavioral Health Counselor (II) to practice as a key member of the PHNTX integrated HIV medical and behavioral health care team. The Behavioral Health Counselor identifies, triages, and manages patients with mental health and /or substance misuse disorders. S/he also provides mental health/substance use disorder/high-risk behavior assessments, individual/ group therapy and crisis intervention. Requirements: The applicant must demonstrate a working knowledge of psychosocial complexities of HIV and co-occurring mental health and substance misuse disorders; evidence based treatment modalities; HIV and psychiatric medications. The applicant must be able to work independently to conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions. S/he must be able to work in a positive and empathic manner with persons living with HIV and to work effectively with medical and other service providers. The position requires a master’s degree in social work or related field or Ph.D. in psychology. The applicant must have current state licensure and be in good standing as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, or licensed clinical psychologist. The candidate will be required to use his/her own vehicle for transportation between PHNTX facilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
