Ethics Committee

 

Purpose

The purpose of the NASW-Texas Chapter Ethics Committee is to provide training and support to advance ethical social work practice. Authority for the committee comes from the NASW National Bylaws and the NASW-Texas Bylaws. A major focus of the committee has been to assist members as they face ethical dilemmas. In addition, the Executive Director or members of this committee provide information and support to members who have had a complaint filed against their license.
