NASW-TX Honored with the PBM Accountability Grassroots Champion Award

NASW-TX was recognized with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) Accountability Grassroots Champion Award for our critical role in transforming the PBM reform debate into a national movement when meaningful bipartisan PBM reforms were signed into law on February 3, 2026.

Our work helped to advance key reforms that delink PBM compensation from drug prices, ensure rebates are passed through to patients and plan sponsors, and increase transparency of PBM practices.
