Nicole Malone

Nicole Malone, 23, a native of Tulsa Oklahoma, is a recent Master of Social Work graduate from Louisiana State University, specializing in policy. She started her journey in social work at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge where she obtained her Bachelor of Social Work . 

As an avid advocate for social justice and mental health, she has gained valuable experience through her internship with the NASW-LA chapter, where she actively promoted legislative changes to improve the mental health landscape in Louisiana such as HB888 and HB865. Nicole's future aspirations include obtaining her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification and founding a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free mental health services to families in low-income communities, delivered through school sites.
