The North Central Texas – Fort Worth Area Branch of NASW is holding our Annual Social Work Awards Banquet on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Kathryn Wilemon Lake House Event Center, 6021 W. Arkansas Ln., Arlington, TX 76016.

Sponsorship Levels
Diamond Sponsorship: $1000
- 3-5 minute speaking time during banquet program to talk about your organization
- Full table reserved for 8 individuals, including meals
- Your branded materials are included in the attendee goody bags
- Logo and recognition as a diamond sponsor in digital banquet program, on table signage, and event signage displayed throughout the event
Platinum Sponsorship: $750 - 3-5 minute speaking time during banquet program to talk about your organization
- Banquet reservation for 4 individuals, including meals
- Your branded materials are included in the attendee goody bags
- Logo and recognition as a platinum sponsor in the digital banquet program and on event signage, displayed throughout the event
Gold Sponsorship: $300 - Banquet reservation for 2 individuals, including meals
- Your branded materials are included in the attendee goody bags
- Logo and recognition as a gold sponsor in digital banquet program and on event signage, displayed throughout the event
Silver Sponsorship: $200 - Banquet reservation for 2 individuals, including meals
- Recognition as a silver sponsor in the digital banquet program
Table Sponsorship: $400 - Full table reserved for 8 individuals, including meals
- Logo/name displayed on table signage
Sponsor Registration Deadline: March 15, 2026. To become a sponsor, click here or select the "REGISTER" button at the top of the page.
Important Information: Logos for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond sponsors must be emailed to René Aguilar by March 15th to ensure they are included in printed signage and/or the digital program. ra.love@icloud.com.
Marketing materials for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond sponsors will need to be provided in advance by March 15th. Items can be sent by mail or arrangements can be made for a steering committee member to pick up items in advance.
